• Check availability - you can check availability for the dates you require by checking our calendar with the availability link to the left, or by clicking below to bring up an enquiry form. (Our availability calendar is kept fully up to date.)
  
• Complete a booking form - for maximum convenience please use our online booking form by clicking the option below. Alternatively if you prefer to print off a booking form then please click here for a pdf version , or we can email a copy of the booking form to you if required.
  
• Provide your deposit - an initial deposit of £100 ($185) per week or per part week is required to confirm a booking. Payment can be made by sterling or US dollar cheque, or by direct transfer if you contact us to request our bank details. Please forward your deposit with the completed booking form which should be signed by the lead guest.
  If you are using our online form, then please print off a copy to send with your deposit cheque.
  If you have printed a booking form, then please click the relevant option below in order to advise us of your dates pending receipt of the form, or you can email us.

• Reservations will be held for a maximum of seven days pending receipt of the initial deposit and booking form.
• Your balance of payment is due by eight weeks prior to the date of arrival at the villa.
• Bookings made within eight weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking, bookings made within six weeks of arrival may only be paid by direct bank transfer, or by credit card payment.
• A security deposit of £200 ($350) is required and must accompany your final payment. This will be refunded in full not later than thirty days following your return home, upon receipt of a satisfactory management report that there has been no loss or damage to the villa.
