Solana Sunshine Villa is a sensational and luxuriously furnished home which has a comprehensive range of equipment to ensure
that you get the maximum enjoyment from your Orlando holiday with the minimum of effort. The private heated pool and spa
makes any holiday great fun, while the games room ensures that nothing stops you enjoying yourself. Our villa has air conditioning throughout, and if you wish to bring your own laptop then we also provide free highspeed Wi-Fi internet access.
Family Room
This is a spacious and relaxing family area which combines comfortable seating with a more formal, elegant dining space. Facilities include Flat Screen HD TV with a premium channel lineup including English premier league football, stereo with CD's, ipod player/charger, DVD & films, and a play station 2 with games & 2 controllers. There is also an overhead fan to help you keep cool.
From this area you overlook and access the covered patio and the pool area.
Kitchen/Nook
To add to the fresh airy feel of the living area, the large kitchen is open plan style. It includes a nook with a smaller table which overlooks the pool and provides a lovely place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We've found that the children love to have this table as their own with no grown ups allowed!
Our kitchen is very well appointed with a large oven and hob, large refrigerator / freezer with icemaker, microwave, waste disposal unit, double bowl sink and a dishwasher. It has a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full range of crockery, pans and utensils - everything you need is here.
Patio, Pool and SpaAfter a long day of sightseeing or enjoying the parks, what could be better than to cool off in your own pool? Our pool area is screened to let the sun in but keep the bugs out, and has the benefit of a safety net to ensure that younger children can not fall in accidentally when you take your eyes off them. In addition to this, all pool access doors are alarmed so you know if someone goes outside and the exterior access is lockable.
We have plenty of patio furniture for you to use, and we even provide a separate patio table & chairs for the kids to enjoy. The covered patio (lanai) area lets you keep out of the sun when you want to. There is a separate automatic Spa for you to relax in which is heated year round, and we also provide inflatables for you to play with in the pool (the kids can have a go when you've finished!).
Master Bedroom
A bright and airy room overlooking the pool area, which benefits from a sumptuous king size bed, walk in closet and separate ensuite master bathroom with wc, basin and shower. This room also has it's own television with the full channel line up and provides lots of storage space.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom has a wonderfully opulent feel with a lovely Queen sized bed, built in wardrobes and television - as with all other bedrooms you get the full channel line up. This room also has it's own en-suite master bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 and 4
Both rooms are Disney themed and have twin beds, built in wardrobes and their own televisions. Bedroom 3 is wonderfully decorated with a fun Disney sports theme which will delight all boys & girls (young and old) - we even have martial arts Mickey there to keep you company - this room also has a Playstation 2 with controllers to allow the kids to play games and watch DVD's.
We have a fabulous toy box waiting for you, with enough toys, books & board games to keep even the most active child busy!
Bedroom 4 is home to Mickey and friends who wait on the twin beds hoping for a cuddle from you. The kids will love both of these rooms (and so will the grown ups).
Main Bathroom
A well sized bathroom containing WC, basin and bath/shower, this bathroom is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4.
Games Room
You will all love our fabulous games room where fun for all the family awaits. Table tennis, air hockey and foosball are there waiting for the holiday challenge to begin! A bar table and stools are provided for spectators who can also listen to the CD player. Oscillating fans are there to keep you cool while under pressure from the game. Let the tournament begin!
Complimentary Baby Equipment
We know that travelling with small children means a lot more luggage for you to bring, so with your ease of journey in mind we provide all of the following free of charge in our comprehensive baby pack:
Cot/crib with ample bedding & Winnie the Pooh quilt/comforter; 2 strollers/pushchairs; high chair; microwave bottle steriliser; baby monitor and night lights.
Additional features
Solana Sunshine Villa has the benefit of a monitored alarm system which is very easy to use and gives you complete peace of mind.
In order to make life as easy as possible we supply ample bedding and towels including pool towels, we also provide hair dryers, an iron & ironing board, and a large washing machine and dryer.
We also provide a safe which is available for the FREE use of our guests.
Please remember that you also have full access to the resort facilities which include a large pool and spa, Clubhouse,
children's play area, putting green, fitness room, games arcade, shop, cyber cafe and a snack bar.
