These prices include all utilities, linen & towels, an end of booking clean and guests free use of resort amenities.

Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £100 ($185) per week or part week is required at the time of making a
booking in order to secure your reservation. Your final balance is due 8 weeks
before your booking commences.

Security Deposit
A separate deposit of £200 ($350) will be required with the final balance to
protect against damage to the furniture or fittings. This deposit is fully refundable
as long as no damage is incurred.
